  • If you cancel your service before we have commenced any work
  • If there is a technical error on our part that prevents service delivery
  • If you have been charged incorrectly due to a billing error
  • If you are not satisfied with our service and request a refund within 7 days of payment

2. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are generally non-refundable once work has commenced:

  • Tax return filing services after submission to tax authorities
  • GST registration and filing services after completion
  • Company registration services after application submission
  • Consultation services that have been provided
  • Services where government fees have been paid

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  3. Our team will review your request within 5-7 business days
  4. You will be notified of the decision via email

4. Refund Processing Time

Once your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used
  • Bank transfers may take additional 3-5 business days to reflect in your account

5. Partial Refunds

In some cases, partial refunds may be issued if:

  • Only a portion of the service has been completed
  • Government fees or third-party charges cannot be refunded
  • Administrative charges may apply as per our terms

6. Government Fees

Please note that government fees paid to tax authorities, GST department, or company registration offices are non-refundable. These fees are paid directly to government bodies and cannot be recovered by us.

7. Disputes and Resolution

If you are not satisfied with our refund decision, you may:

  • Request a review by our management team
  • Provide additional documentation to support your claim
  • We will make every effort to resolve disputes amicably
